The Mountain View Ave residence centres around a carefully detailed kitchen and dining space, with custom joinery designed to create a strong balance between architectural character and everyday functionality.
A substantial grey-veined stone island forms the centrepiece of the kitchen, its waterfall edges creating a sculptural element within the open-plan space. Behind it, crisp white panelled cabinetry is paired with soft grey lower cabinets and dark benchtops, while a full-height charcoal appliance wall creates contrast and gives the kitchen a more grounded, contemporary feel.
Warm timber elements soften the palette, carrying through the ceiling detailing and dining area and creating a natural connection between the joinery and the surrounding home. Full-height glazing opens the room toward the garden, allowing natural light and greenery to become part of the interior.
The result is a highly resolved kitchen that combines generous storage, strong material contrast and carefully executed custom joinery while remaining warm and practical for everyday living.
