The Endeavour Melbourne office uses timber joinery throughout to create a workplace that feels comfortable and welcoming. The overall design has more of a hospitality feel than a traditional office, with spaces designed for people to meet, work and spend time together. This matches the wider design approach for Endeavour’s Melbourne workplace, which was created around connection and community.
A large timber-clad island forms one of the main shared areas, with a light benchtop, integrated sink and seating along the outside. Full-height cabinetry behind the island provides storage and keeps the kitchen area simple and organised.
Custom booth seating creates another informal place for meetings or breaks. Curved timber surrounds, upholstered seating and small stools continue the same material style while making good use of the available space.
The meeting areas follow the same approach, with custom timber tables, built-in cabinetry and simple neutral finishes. The result is a practical office fit-out where the joinery helps connect the different work, meeting and social spaces.
